The diamond-infused ceramic coating is metal utensil safe, but for best results, we recommend using silicone or wooden utensils. Metal utensils may eventually cause surface wear over extended use.
This sauté pan is oven safe up to 392°F (200°C). Note that the glass lid should not be exposed to broiler heating, and the silicone handle may become hot in the oven beyond 392°F.
